- Worked with the builder to ensure the building had enough light, ventilation and open space.
- Extensive work on internal planning to avoid awkward areas while giving all the basics within the available envelope.
- A distinct identity by virtue of its unique elevational treatment and strong form.
- Massing elements incorporated, screening from the sun while creating a presence on the street.
